Hanging gardens of Paddington

Hanging-Basket.jpgThe world's largest hanging basket was unveiled in Paddington today.

The jumbo plant pot - which measures six metres by three metres and weighs in at more than a quarter of a ton - can now be seen outside the Hotel Indigo, in London Street.

It took a team to designers, engineers and gardeners three weeks to construct, and includes more than 100 different types of plants and flowers.
