Carnival comes early to North Paddington

Some early carnival flavour is coming to North Paddington tomorrow.

Get geared up for this year's Notting Hill Carnival with steel pan performances from Mas band Flamboyan, along Harrow Road on Saturday afternoon.

The band will play from 1pm to 2pm, with costume displays from 3pm to 4pm.
