A popular Lisson Grove fish and chip restaurant has been gutted by a fire.

Around 40 firefighters battled flames at the Sea Shell Restaurant from around 5.30pm on Thursday.

The fire destroyed half of the ground floor and spread up the ducting to the roof level.

London Fire Brigade is now investigating the cause of the fire.

The Sea Shell has been established for around 40 years.

We'd like to hear from you.
