North Paddington community choir launched

Budding singers are invited to try out for a new community choir in North Paddington.

A taster session of the Harrow Road Community Choir will be held at Paddington Academy, in Marylands Road, on December 2.

Anyone who lives or works in Harrow Road is welcome to attend the session, which runs from 7pm to 9pm.

Participants will work with singer Isabelle Adams and pianist Sam Chaplin, joining in with vocal warm ups, rousing songs and simple harmonies.

The choir is due to officially start in January 2010.
