Artist exhibits at North Paddington gallery

Artist Eva Roth is displaying her pictures at a North Paddington gallery.

Entitled Market Values - London:Palermo, the collection brings together sketches of both cities, which will be on show at the Maida Hill Cafe Gallery, at the corner of Harrow Road and Fernhead Road, until December 20.

Ms Roth said: "I am inspired by the beauty of everyday things in life; markets, buildings, changing light, the movement of people through a city.

"I strive for simplicity, to catch the essence of a scene quickly, so that the viewer has room to breathe.

"I want to encourage a flow of free associations, memories thoughts and feelings."
